HOTmesh is far ahead of the competition in both new applications and improving on existing applications, allowing for several possibilities of retrofitting existing heating systems!
HOTmesh combines several features and characteristics. The following list is a summary of these facets by category.
Easy manufacturing by allowing for mass production and progressive cost reduction.
Low cost production and implementation due to easy installation process integration.
A second level of product application in several industry niches.
High flexibility for use with various applications.
Reinforced physical strength for withstanding weight of up to 3 tons and extreme temperatures.
Uniform resistance distribution over the mat area.
Uniform heat distribution of 7,000 hot points/sq. ft. on a typical floor-heating mat.
Continuous mesh surface temperature of up to 180°C (356°F).
The power factor of HOTmesh mats is close to 1, denoting that nearly 100% of the electrical energy is converted into heat energy.
Cold temperature resistance of up to -70°C.
Self-controlling resistance heat generation.
The heat generation element remains in a semi-permanent state, as the density of surface electricity is low due to low temperatures.
HOTmesh mats tolerate as much as twice the generally accepted start up over-voltage, causing a more rapid rise in the temperature of the mesh.
Cost effectiveness by allowing for a decreased temperature of generated heat to an increased area.
Fire Resistance
Ozone-free Corrosion
The product is helpful to human health since it produces plenty of infrared rays and anions from the heating element itself due to the main, carbon-based substance.
The product is environment-friendly since it is composed of inorganic and complex materials.
The product does not produce radio waves due to the mineral component in the heat generation.
Once a nominal temperature is reached, the over-voltage ceases in order to avoid any damage caused by over-heating.
Since HOTmesh is a PTC device, the product is very safe when the heat temperature approaches room temperature.
